EDUCATION PILLAR
The Patriot Empowerment Institute offers personalized guidance and resources to assist military personnel in navigating the complexities of the college application process, ensuring they can smoothly transition from service to academia. Our process includes the following:
Outreach to transitioning service members within two years
Make initial contact via referrals, on-site visits, community events, and marketing.
Create a long-term transition plan and task schedule
Work with service member to create a plan that provides a substantial head start.
Provide college test preparation and paperwork understanding
We put control into military student’s hands by offering deadline information, test prep guidance, and paperwork insight
Assist with application process, financial aid, and class scheduling
PEI offers understanding of the application process, military financial aid packages, FAFSA, housing, and enrollment.
Provide access to tutoring, on-campus resources, and support groups
Get the student engaged in active learning, involved in veteran student support groups, and connected to campus resources.
